This policy covers the website pioneertransportllc.com, run by Pioneer Transport LLC of Grove City, Ohio.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send. The quote form asks for your name, company, phone, email, pickup and delivery cities, freight type, ready date and load details. The driver application asks for your name, phone, email, home city, CDL class, years of experience, preferred work and any notes.
The quote request and driver application forms send what you type to Formspree, a form delivery service, which emails it to Pioneer Transport LLC and keeps a copy on its servers under its own privacy policy. We use it only to reply to you about your load or your application.
What we do not do
This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers and does not sell or share personal information.
Visit counts and hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service, counts visits and measures page speed. It builds no profile of individual visitors and does not track you across other sites.
Fonts and media
Fonts, images and video are served from this site, not from third parties.
Children
This site is for shippers, freight brokers and professional drivers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Scope
This policy covers the website only. Records created after you hire us or join us as a driver are handled under our business practices and the rules that apply to motor carriers.
